Your Time Starts NOW!


It's Top Chef season again and I have been an avid fan since season 1.  In response to the Top Chef Masters show airing tonight I have recreated a quick-fire  dish from season 1 winner Harold's Pan-Roasted Chicken with Potato Gnocchi.

It turned out really flavorful.  I substituted hen-of-the-woods mushrooms with button (what is hen-of-the-woods mushrooms anyway?)  I might have been a bit heavy on the thyme but everything else was perfect.  It was a winner in the quickfire and a winner in my book.
