5 o'clock Tapas

Here's a quick and easy tapas recipe.  Invite friends over after work and have happy hour at your place with some sangria, or enjoy it by yourself - I won't judge.

4 frozen (or fresh) meatballs thawed
2 eggs
jarred pasta sauce
shredded parmigiano reggiano
salt and pepper

Preset the oven at 350 degrees
Place the meatballs (I used turkey) into the tapas dishes. If using fresh meatballs cook them on the stovetop first.
Pour sauce over the meatballs
Crack an egg into the dish
Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper
Sprinkle parmigiano reggiano on top
Bake for 15 mins.
Serve with garlic bread (optional)
