beef chuck cut in cubes
equal parts chicken stock and red wine, preferably Burgandy
3 Tbs. cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
2. In a small cup stir together the cornstarch and a little bit of chicken broth then add to the pot. Add equal parts stock and wine to the pot until the beef is slightly covered. Add veggies on top of the beef. Cover and cook for 8 hours.
3. When it is almost done, add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or pasta.
How easy was that? A little too easy. The only thing you have to do is not to forget about it! Either way, I'm sure it will still taste as good. I hope you guys enjoy!
