fEATured: Little Bear

The hubs and I decided to go on a lunch date.  A couple hours of wandering and eating is what I call lunch.  I wish we were all more like Europeans in the fact that we enjoy our lunch breaks and company.  I can't tell you how many times I eat lunch in front of my computer.  Depressing, I know.  A siesta wouldn't hurt also...

This place has been on my mind as a must try, so we decided to check it out.  Little Bear is situated in the Arts District of Downtown LA.  They offer all kinds of Belgian beers with Belgian-inspired, gastropub eats.

The sandwiches we ordered were both very rich in flavors and excellent tasting; they really filled us up.  My oyster po boy tasted like the ocean.  The short rib grilled cheese was so tender it almost melted in your mouth!  Who would go to a Belgian cafe and not have a Belgian waffle?  Us.  We were so full after all that! A return for brunch is in the works.
